## Return & Refund Policy
Every OnlyFinsKatie item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. Please check the size chart and product details before you order.
### Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, has an embroidery defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.
To report a problem:
1. Email us at **onlyfinskatie@gmail.com** within **14 days** of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description.
We'll review it and get back to you within a few business days. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
### What isn't covered
- Wrong size ordered (see the size chart on each product page)
- Change of mind
- Small color differences between your screen and the real product
- Normal wear, or damage from washing or care not done as directed
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout
### Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, you can cancel within **24 hours** of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your item may already be in production, and we can't cancel it.
### Lost or stolen packages
Every order ships with tracking. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address entered at checkout.
### Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the OnlyFinsKatie website at onlyfinskatie.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. "OnlyFinsKatie," "we," "us," and "our" refer to OnlyFinsKatie. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
### 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.
### 2. Products
All products are made to order by our production partner after you purchase. We try to show product colors, artwork, and details as accurately as possible, but colors can look different on different screens, and small variations in printing and embroidery placement are normal for made-to-order items.
### 3. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your card details.
- You're responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address.
### 4. Production and shipping
Items are usually made within about one week and then shipped. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and aren't guaranteed. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier.
### 5. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
### 6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on the Site, including the OnlyFinsKatie name and mermaid-and-fish insignia, belong to OnlyFinsKatie. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
### 7. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
### 8. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnlyFinsKatie isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
